    Where are your goods mainly exported to?
    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries, including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, South Korea, Australia, Israel, Russia, etc.

    How are the goods delivered to customers?
    Usually, we ship the goods by sea. Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port are both close to us. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also arrange air freight.

    What are your payment terms?
    When quoting, we will confirm the trade terms with you, such as FOB, CIF, CNF, or other terms. For bulk production, we usually require a 30% advance payment first, and the balance shall be paid against the bill of lading. Our main payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and we also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) if needed.

    Will you disclose our product design information to other customers?
    Absolutely not. We will not disclose any customer's product information to third parties.

    How does your company ensure product quality?
    The company has established a complete quality management system, with quality assurance procedures in every link. For the final finished products, we will conduct a 100% full inspection in accordance with customer requirements and international standards.

    How many employees does your company have, and how many of them are technical personnel?
    Our company currently has more than 300 employees, including 200 sewing workers and a R&D and design team of more than 20 members.

    What is your company's production capacity?
    We have 6 production hanging lines, with an annual production capacity of 3 million pieces.

    How many days does it take for you to produce the bulk order?
    After the order is confirmed, if the product fabric is custom-made, the bulk production usually takes 45-60 days; if ready-made fabrics are available, the bulk production usually takes 25-35 days. The above time is an approximate estimate, and the specific lead time will be discussed and confirmed separately for each order.

    What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    300 pieces per color for a single style.

    How many days does it take for you to make samples?
    It takes 7-10 days to make samples for simple styles.It takes 10-15 days to make samples for complex styles.
